Q: What is the shipping cost and time?
International shipping rates will be calculated once you submitted the order form. You may consider the following starting rates:
- Standard shipping – 4-10 business days
- Countries within Asia-Pacific starts at $10
- International shipping to rest of the world starts at $15.
- Expedited shipping starts at $30.
Please note: Due to COVID-19 disruptions, shipping to certain countries could only be done through expedited shipping provided by private couriers such as DHL. If you wish to know the shipping rate before placing an order you may send a query.
Shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed and may be delayed significantly in some cases. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
Domestic orders will be shipped through Chunghwa Post using standard registered parcel. Pick up can also be arranged.
Q: Can I track shipments?
International shipment will be registered and trackable, you will be provided with a tracking number once the good has been shipped.
Q: What can I do in the case of lost or damaged goods
Shipping term is FOB origin and the Buyer takes ownership of the goods once shipped. We do prepare and package all shipments with utmost care before handing to the courier. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address and specifying any insurance coverage, if desired, at additional cost.
Artwork/Prints
Q: What is a giclée print?
Giclée is the word coined for fine art digital prints using pigment inks. All giclée prints from Chumik Studio have been printed by the leading fine art printing service provider in the industry, using archival pigment-based inks and high quality paper. The prints are color-corrected by the printer and carefully proofed by the artist to accurately reflect the colors of the original artwork.
Q: Are original artworks for sale?
Yes, you may contact us for any particular piece of interest, or to request a catalog.
Q: Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity for the art print?
Yes, all artworks, original or print, will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
Q: Do you take commissions?
If you wish to commission an artwork, you may send in a query specifying your ideas and preferences, including subject or theme, time, budget, and any other relevant information. Commissions will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Payment and Returns
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
For international orders we can only accept payment through PayPal at this time, all payments must be in US dollars. Payment detail is given in the order form.
Domestic customers who wish to make the payment in NTD should note it in the order form. We will contact you regarding prices in NTD and bank transfer account info.
Q: Can I return an item?
All sales are final. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. You may contact us for any queries before purchasing.
